It is the first big step for us. On homespace.is users will find complete information on the principles and core ideas of the HomeSpace project. There is also a roadmap which visualizes every step of development in the near future. Finally, you can meet in person with every single team member.

As mentioned in the first article, our platform will be available on multiple devices from your mobile phone and web browser to the full PC version with photo-realistic graphics and VR support.

“Why is NFT useless without projects like ours”

Right now, you have nowhere to put NFT when it comes to really worthwhile Digital objects. At the same time, we are long overdue for a new era of virtual spaces and social networks. It will push us forward on both the VR development side, Artificial Intelligence, and the NFT development side. With the new technology of Unreal Engine, we will create a multi-platform social network where your profile is your virtual home. We will try to achieve maximum realism while respecting the performance of the devices. Thanks to Unreal Engine 5, we can implement our project on all possible platforms, including browser (extended version).

How does it work

Creation of the world

First, you create your world - Homespace, by selecting the location from the available ones. In the initial version, we plan to implement: Alps: mountains and lake, Japan: view from Mount Kyoto, Tokyo, a satellite of Neptune. Next, you choose the basic structure of your house, created by the architects with whom we cooperate. Later, you can replace both the location and the available building boxes with your own exclusive NFT objects.

Interior design

With "Creative Mode", you have access to an extensive toolbox with which you can change walls, sizes, textures, set lighting, and furnish your home with external or your NFT assets, which are all interior items. You can also make individual rooms in your house private, i.e., inaccessible to your guests.

User interaction

Once you finish the Homespace, it will create a link to your world. It will be available as an HTTP link. If the client follows the link, the page will automatically unlock for the client. With the help of the same link, you can allow other users to access your Homespace. You will see your guests; you can talk to them and correspond via voice chat (privacy settings will be included in the MVP; minimum working version of our product).

Group spaces

We are opening up opportunities to create public Homespaces, some of which, to develop the project, we will deploy ourselves. For this, a separate workgroup will be formed within our company. They will be responsible exclusively for continuing development of new worlds. The primary world that we plan to develop aims to be DeFi Wall Street, where each building will be API-connected projects from the DeFi space. This project will be commissioned by us from the winning architectural studio.

AI assistant and Digital Copy of Your Identity

Part of our team are AI specialists who have a great experience with training AI based programs to do almost anything. Inside the HomeSpace, we are developing a project called “Avatar” (working title). It allows users to save their digital copy in the Homespace. So even when they are not around, part of them that can communicate with guests of their Homespace will remain inside the system. After creating a user avatar, thanks to multi-agent technology, which we also worked with, we can create communications between different agents (avatars), and based on the results, we can recommend to our users their future friends with the maximized match possible.

User data will never be used for commercial purposes. To make this possible, we need to collect personalised user data to adjust the AI perfectly to their needs. Our ambitious plan is to bring our artificial intelligence to life in an application. And based on our research into multiple human personalities, create a self-developing personality system, the soul of our project, and an AI-assistant who will become a bridge between real and virtual homes.

Our project can satisfy the need of having a dream house. Everyone deserves to have an enjoyable experience with their living conditions. Homespace not only can serve as a form of escapism in this situation but also helps to visualize the dream and possibly translate it to reality. Virtual venues offer a mentally active experience which then translates into the real world. According to self-determination theory, the capacity to imagine allows one to perceive technology-created achievements as acceptable for the overall satisfaction of a particular need. One of the advantages of doing so in virtual space is the allowance to execute it instantly.

It is time to shine. The user has a chance to impress other users. The option to go live and see what other people think of your creation facilitates the process of the need satisfaction. All the users of Homespace can visit other houses and decide for themselves what they like and give credits to favorite authors. The possibility of purchasing valuable NFT-objects allows you to demonstrate your level of taste and socioeconomic status. Like in the material world, you are the decision-maker of what should be included in your Homespace. Your options are limited only by the ever-expanding range of equipment available on our market
